Would you like a mug with your child's picture on it? Postcards with pictures of your home decorated for Christmas? Personalized T-shirts with the name of your business or group? A clock that is just right for your studio? Or something else that is just for you?The Special Requests section of the Pemberley Shoppe has been set up to allow you to ask Nan to create a product to your design (or perhaps design a product to your specifications).
The product, of course, must be one that is available through Cafe Press. Click here to see what is available.
You must also have permission to use the artwork that we put on the products. Here are the Cafe Press restrictions:
The following types of artwork ARE NOT PERMITTED on the CafePress.com service:
- Images using the likeness of an existing copyrighted work to create new artwork (manipulated photos, logos, etc).
- Names, logos, or pictures of companies, brands or products that are not yours (i.e. photos of BMWs) (even in parody).
- Names or images of famous people.
- Names or pictures of third parties without their consent.
If you wish to make a special request, e-mail Nan at HerGrace -at- pemberley.com. If you are sending your own artwork, attach it to the e-mail. In order to assure quality products, the image you send should be a JPG and at least 300 DPI (for example, everything we print is 600 DPI). The image should be approximately between 1,000 and 2,500 pixels wide. If you send lower quality images, we will attempt to create the item, but do not guarantee the clarity of the outcome.
If you are sending artwork, you must include the following disclaimer in your e-mail:
- I own or have obtained full authorization to use this image for sale on merchandise.
- CafePress.com may disclose my contact information to a copyright/trademark owner demonstrating likely misuse of an image.
- I will indemnify CafePress.com for all damages resulting from my stores and images.
If you have a request for a special design, you need not include the disclaimer, but you do need to be specific about what you want.
Although we will remove your item as soon as you have placed your order, you should be aware that special items will appear on the Special Request page and will be visible to anyone who visits the page. If you want your item to remain on the page for an extended period, let Nan know.
