On August First through Third, 1997 a group of 18 Republic of Pemberley friends met in Las Vegas. One of the things we did to break the ice at our first meeting was to have each person write a Guild-style synopsis of a nonexistent story.

The rules of the game were that each person had to devise a title for a story in the form: "------- At Pemberley". For example: "Chicken Soup At Pemberley" or "War At Pemberley". Then each person had to write a one or two sentence summary of the story, like the summaries on the DWGuild page. The stories themselves were never written.
