] I read about half of Pemberley, a sequel to P&P, and gave up in disgust. The style was so unlike Austen and so simplistic, and the main conflict in the book seemed to be that Lizzy wanted to have a child but couldn't. She went on and on and on about this. I also have An Unequal Marriage which is another sequel to P&P, but many years later. I didn't get through this one either.
Barbara, I am currently in the process of building a page for reviews of sequels, etc. to JA's works. Would you be willing to write reviews of the ones you have read to be included? There is not hurry. Anything you do would be greatly appreciated. You can e-mail me.
