Julian Sands...yes!

Oh my god! I can't believe I forgot about Julian Sands! I love him and, you're right, he'd be a brilliant Henry Tilney. Have you seen him in "Impromptu" and "The Browning Version"? He's great. I switch my vote to Julian...but, Rupert, hmmm... ;)
