I love that scene too because it's Elinor breaking her rigorous self-control, finally! I also love when she does it earlier with Marianne ("What do you know about my feelings?") -- a testament to JA's art (all her words are words of sense, trying to express the feelings of sensibility) and ET's acting (without compare).
