Belgian education

Tineke, I heard a report on National Public Radio last week that told how Belgians were moving to Quebec in search of greater economic opportunities. Apparently expatriate Belgians are actually recruiting, and Quebec welcomes French-speaking immigrants. All I can say is, if you are an example of Belgian education, the Quebequois are lucky folks!
