I think I'm one of the few people left in the world who really, really likes Richardson. He's not as good as JA, but very few authors are. I do not find his characters two-dimentional, though they are not the masterpieces of nuances and shadows. And most of all, I like the every-dayness he puts in his writing (more in "Pamela")
I'd love to discuss him w/ someone (on the library board). Any takers?
