S&S2 soundtrack/Kate

I just bought the soundtrack to the movie. Was I the only one disappointed that they didn't use Kate Winslet for the two songs? The opera singer has a lovely voice, of course, but I really like how pretty Kate's voice is and would have liked to hear its delicate rendition of the songs that were sung in the movie.
