What about Willoughby showing up on his horse at the very end, at the wedding scene. That was not in the book. A small thing, though. The fact that the movie ommitted his apology was a little vindicated by his appearance from a distance at the wedding. They both showed his remorse or at least that he was thinking of her at the very least.
