Good Storytelling....

I always question, just a little, how much of what was written in the diaries really happened...and how much ET did not chose to tell us about, either because of fear of lawsuits, etc. I keep a diary, but am very careful what I write in it...and I would be even more so if I knew it was possibly to be published, etc.

Certainly, most of her diary probably is truthful, but knowing the human need to embellish, to dramatize...in short, good storytelling...I tend to wonder about some of it...as an example: just what was ET's purpose in writing down her comment about ovulating? I always puzzled over that one...
