At the start of the book, Marianne is 17 and Colonel Brandon is 35. The discrepancy between their ages is discussed at the beginning of Chapter 8. When they marry, she is 19 and he is 37.
Perhaps the confusion is because Kate Winslet was close to the age of her character Marianne in the movie S&S, whereas Alan Rickman was probably 48 or 49 at the time it was filmed. So, he is maybe 30 years older than KW, but he certainly does not look at it. And IMHO, I would not say Ewwww! (Nothing like!)
