] How common was make-up during the Regency?
Well, in Victorian times a made up woman was considered cheap, and her profession was questioned. But then, they were a lot more picky about those sorts of things. Anyone know what was going on earlier in the 19th C?
] What did women do to hold their hair in place (in place of bobbie pins, hair spray, etc.)?
They had pins. Straight ones, and those wavy ones...(?)
] And what the heck did women do about that, uh . . . certain time of month?
Rags to Riches? ;)
Anyone is free to shoot me down if I'm wrong, of course!!
