Pardon me, but where in P&P2 do you sick women see Mr Darcy's butt? It's either covered by a coattail, a horse, or a wet shirt most of the time. Are you extrapolating from some other film? Or is it your overheated imaginations at work? Wasn't there a post way back in bluemarble days claiming that CF's body in the buff was actually nothing to write home about? (heresy!)
Well, since Jane Smiley went out of her way to descibe Jess's cute butt in "A Thousand Acres" we can only hope that CF, as usual, got DEEPLY into his character, went back to the source material, and worked his glutes before the filming.

Whatever Lizzy called him, I'm at least sure she occasionally said "Be a love, dear, and smoulder for me."
