Does anyone know Latin? or Virgil?

I've been reading Richardson's Clarissa, and there is a Latin phrase that I can't figure out: "amor omnibus idem" from Virgil's Georgic. If anyone could translate this phrase or fill me in on what Virgil's Georgic is about, I would greatly appreciate it. Whatever it all means, it infuriates Clarissa and, naturally, I would like to know why she's so insulted. My apologies if this should be on Ramble, but I wasn't sure where to post it.
Thanks!
