In response to Don't raw eggs cause infections?, written by Misty on September 11, 1998 at 16:25:36
] When I was in college a fraternity got kicked off our campus for hazing thier pledges. The offense was that they had egged thier pledges and then forced them to walk around for several hours without washing. Several of the pledges got very sick and a few got staff infections. On the other hand, I've used an egg white mask on my face before and I'm just fine - well sort of. :)It does not take much time for bacteria to build when raw foods are exposed, especially in warm weather.
