Tenants, Servants, and Pemberley

Do any of you eminently-more knowledge people know (or want to guess/estimate) how many tenant families would have lived on an estate such as Pemberley. Also, how many servants would have it have taken to keep such a home running?
I have an idea for a fanfic that needs this information and I would hate make a large mistake estimating either of these two facts.
