I have not been able to track that one down either! It is not even listed in my London Encyclopedia which lists everything you can possibly imagine. It's not in the index, that is. If it did indeed merge with another Club, and you can name this club, I might find the address that way. If I should find it someday, I'll let you know. Unless someone here has the answer. Do you know the chef's complete name?
