Well, this is not something I'd be teaching...

Actually, a lot rude, and the way I have heard it used is not very polite.

"torche" means "rag", like a dish rag or something.


] méchant =1) nasty, wicked, horrid, but also =2)historically, miserable , pathetic, insignificant, second-rate, as in 'méchant poète' (lousy poet)or 'méchant tenor' ( Irish club-singer who belts out "Danny Boy")also =3)slang, meaning 'wicked' the way it's used now, i.e. meaning really, really good.
