This is one of the best clarifications by a Pemberly board runner I've seen! I can't tell you how many times I've cringed over the brusque tone of notes of this type and then slinked away (when I was being replied to) or said a silent "ouch" ( if was being addressed to someone else.) Thanks Caroline for a reply well done!.
