Well, Kristine, while we have you here, I *did* wonder about the use of "The Habits of Good Society" -- clearly, it's written in and for the Victorian times rather than the Regency which ended roughly 30 years earlier?
I purchased your book and while it has many excellent things on the Regency, sometimes it was a bit of a chore to distinguish between Regency and Victorian. Excellent bibliography though.
