Any variation thereof... as in:

What a wonton woman, that Caroline is! ~or~ Lydia Bennet is a determined flirt to be sure! The little tart!

I also think it is a matter of how you reflect it.

On the "looser" and more vulgar side would be...

harlot
strumpet
trollop
Jezebel

I'm sure there were far worse, but for the sake of PG-13 we won't go there.

As far as appearance goes...

"She is a fine picture of a woman."
"That woman is certainly a welcome distraction."

It's just a matter of playing with the words. And it's not as impolite as today's phrases, thankfully! Oh, for the good old days.
