Which just goes to show that what I remember from Sunday School, aged about nine, isn't always as clear as I'd like to think it is!I always understood it in relation to the first two commandments- there being one God and one God only. The french version of the Lord's prayer uses "toi'" and not "vous" throughout, which corresponds to your reasoning and not to mine.Thanks!
