No pen name, but I think her brother did publish one of the novels with something hinting that the author was a young woman, or perhaps I remember that from another contemporary. I can't remember what it was exactly but it was not a pen name. Most women would not have thought to use pen names but would publish annonymously. If they did not publish annonymously, most women used their real name or their married name.
