A strange habit, you might say, but we find it pays to be absolutely straight and up front about this kind of thing. ] My mistake was in jumping in too quickly. Glad to see that you can see how I got my nickname, since it IS a nickname! My question about fevers comes from reading literally hundreds of other Regencies, starting with Georgette Heyer after there were no more Jane Austens.
