Katrina -- if he's the eldest son of an earl, and there happens to be a subsidiary "courtesy" title attached to the main title of Earl (or Count), then you would address him as "Lord X", "your lordship", "my lord", etc. Otherwise, he's a mere "Honourable" like John Yates or Colonel Fitzwilliam, and since the "Honourable" prefix is only used in very formal contexts (and hardly ever in ordinary conversation), he would be adressed like any other plain "Mr.".
