I just now saw your request for the info on the Dictionary of Provincial English. (Sorry, almost missed it.)
It was compiled by Thomas Wright. Published: London: George Bell & Sons, York St., Covent Garden, and New York. 1893 Two volumes.
There is no ISBN listed!
