Provincialisms

In my search at the library the other day, I found a fun dictionary: Dictionary of Provincial English compilled by T. Wright
"Words from the english writers previous to the nineteenth century which are no longer in use or are not used in the same sense..."
An interesting catalog of words. I wish it was arranged more like a thesaurus for my purposes, but fun reading just the same. I'll have it for a couple of weeks. Let me know if you want to look up a word for you. =) EL
