Grey and bay

Well, that is an interesting piece of notice!
But if the grey horses are white, what colour are the bay ones? I've always though that "bay" was the English equivalent of "bayo", which in Spanish I am 99% sure is the white or cream-coloured horse, though perhaps I should check it with the dictionary (the translation I mean) and my cousin (the name of horses according to colour; I gave up last time he tried to explained it to me, when I discovered that the classification varied from province to province).
