Coming of Age was at 21 years. So at the start of the story Bingley is about 23, and Jane about the same.
There wouldn't be a problem about him marrying before he was 21- he would have to have the consent of his Parent/Guardian first, that's all.There wouldn't be a problem with his marrying an older woman, either.
