Napoleonics is not my strong suit, but I believe David Chandler's book on Napoleon's Marshals (think that's the actual title, too) is still the prime secondary source. It won't have much of anything on Madame, but it should have a bibliography that could probably point you to something that would. It's readily available in bookstores, so it's worth a glance, at least.
Me, I'd like to find a full-length monograph on Davout.
