] He is rather unkind about upstate South Carolina but still a good read, although I can't remember the title.
The Lost Continent. My first introduction to BB was on the radio. BBC did an abridged version of this read by Kerry Shale, and it was hysterical to a non-American. I thought it was funnier on tape than on the page, actually, but I can see why the inhabitants of the places he mentions might be somewhat unhappy.
