I've come across some very nice books at excellent cost, considering all of the wonderful food history and recipes they contain. They are all in Print. Try Bookserve first!

This was taken from an old scrapbook that had been given to Queen Victoria when she was a young girl. it is wonderful and also happens to be the book where Kristine Hughes must have gotton quite a few of her recipes from which she used for that new book Everyday Life in Regency and Victorian England, word for word! I recognized these right away. This particular book is the only one which I have but I'm sure these others below are just an engaging!Traditional Recipies From Old England.
