Actually, no. It worries me to think that anyone might seriously think so, because we didn't set this page up as a convenience for writers, but as a way of exploring Jane Austen and all her permutations in a historical context. Most of the 'writers' in here are contributors to our fanfic page, not professional novelists.And most of the 'experts' are here because they are interested in points that come up in our discussions both on this board and all our other ones.
That doesn't mean that your question isn't a valid one, or that we wouldn't be interested in jawing it over. (That's already started :-) )But I would be distressed to think we are viewed as a 'writer's help' page by anyone, because that is not , actually, our purpose.
