colors- what years?

As has been noted by others, various greens, amber, pink, yellow, a variety of light/bright blues and stronger colors such as orange and red were all used quite liberally at times.
Which colors were in vogue depends on the year, but the colors above came in and out of prominence all through the Regency. One thing that was rather in fashion for a while was to wear a sheer colored dress over a white satin underdress, to give a nice muted effect to the colored over gown.
If you have a particular year you're interested in, I probably can look up some of the 'fashionable' colors for you-- but just looking at a batch of fashion plates for the Regency period, it's rather clear that color was often featured in evening/ball dress, rather than just white...
My understanding is that for young misses just coming out, white was probably wide-spread, but for the matron colors were likely more used.
