I've never contributed anything to this particular FAQ before, hope you don't mind. I have Jane Austen's Town and Country Style (hardcover) and Jane Austen: In Style (paperback) -- they are indeed one and the same book. Unfortunately I received the paperback as a gift after I had already bought the hardcover. Still, two copies of anything relating to Jane Austen is still a treat!
Another suggestion for reference material: What Jane Austen Ate and Charles Dickens Knew, by Daniel Pool(?) It came out in paperback a year or two ago. I believe there is now a sequel out in hardcover. The paperback is great fun.
