To L and T indexIt seems very similar to What Jane Austen Ate & Charles Dickens Knew. It is an excellent source for those who are not familiar with the period, though it does tend to put the two periods together as one. I've always found that the Regency is more like the earlier period than the Victorian, though I'm sure many would argue that.
