Testing the recipe

How long did it take? Is it something you can make for company without testing it first? Or should I experiment on my husband and children first.
They do not take long to make and are fairly easy- only three ingredients: egg white, cocoa and sugar. I would advise testing it first (that way you get two batchs to nibble on instead of just one!) Go ahead and experiment on the husband and kids; that's what they are for. (I am just kidding about the last part!)
