I do, too, until I remember that I would most likely have been among the tenant farmers, and possibly sent into service at an early age. Even had I been among the gentry, as a woman I wouldn't have had very many options. Overall, while the Regency seems a pretty enough time to visit, I probably fit best into the current era!
