Bibliography update- posters please read.

I'm at present going through the books recommended on this board with a view to updating the bibliography. I'd like to enlist your help if I may.
Firstly, the books that go into the bib. are ones that seem to be relevant to the board content, i.e. they deal with the period of Jane Austen's life, or just before, or have something relevant to say about the things mentioned in her novels. If a book seems to be mainly concerned with a later period, I don't include it.
Secondly, it's nice to put in a bit of a review that's more than just a one-liner, saying what is good, or bad about this particular book. The bib doesn't need two thousand word scholarly assessments- about fifty to a hundred words seems to work .
Thirdly, it sure helps to have publisher, date, ISBN etc. This causes more headaches than you can imagine! Many of these books are published by different houses in different countries, so may have different ISBNs, even totally different editions. When I check this stuff out, I look carefully about what is said about it at Bookserve, or failing that, at Amazon, or I take it to my very helpful neighbourhood librarian to try and work out whether what I see on the screen is the same book as that recommended by a poster here.
Could I ask those of you who have recommended books here to check your posts against the Bookserve list? I cannot always get hold of the books you recommend to make sure of all the facts myself, and sometimes I have to just make a judgement call. I'm not perfect, and I never will be, but I'd like our bib. to be as accurate as I can make it.
Lastly, this list is geting big, and I am considering changing the categories a bit. What do you think?
Thanks. My e-mail address is here. Just click on my name at the top of this post.
