I have not yet read Desire and Duty, but some fellow Pemberleans have. You can find their opinions at the P&P Sequel Review page.
If I remember correctly, it was not well liked. Check the comments.
If you do get it and read it, I hope that you will consider doing a review that I can add to the page.
