I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking for yardage costs of about 1810 or are you asking for what these yardage costs (of 1810) would be in modern dollars? "a yard of printed cotton 1810 as regards now"
If you're asking for the former, I have lots of this kind of information and I can list it for you.
If you're asking for the latter, I have absolutely no idea!
