There wasn't much, as the Campaign went. Here is the chronology, pre-Corunna:

Sahagun 12/21
By the by, I believe it is called the retreat TO Corunna (01/16/09) in that the Allied Armies were going there. I have a good deal of reference material around somewhere, if you need specifics on any of these.
What sort of book are your writing? (Just a writer being curious!)
