This is a neat book-and a good reference. You might also want to try any of the books published by the Williamsburg Foundation here in Virginia. The newest of these is titled Southern Furniture and it's a wonderful resource, covering early Federal through late American Empire. I believe it's around $75 and Bookserve may have it.
