Dear Jessamyn,
I am reposting this because as you can see I have
an e-mail address now as I have signed up with Yahoo Mail.
My sources about Gypsy Hats came from an article in "The Re-
gency Plume"newsletter written by Kathy Hammel.She has an
extensive collection of 18th and 19th century Ladies Maga-
zines.She also gave R.L.Shep assistance with "Federalist and
Regency Costume".Please e-mail me back if you can.
