The pattern is from La Mode Bagatelle, available at AlterYears. Their information is:

They do mail order as well as have a storefront. The pattern is rather expensive ($48) but includes 2 bodice options, 4 sleeve, 2 skirt, spencer with 2 collar options, oversleeve, peplum option, chemisette, false sleeves, muff, reticule, and beret. If you aren't an experienced costumer or seamstress, let me know, and I will walk you through it. It's not that hard, but the pattern has some quirks. I used an Indian sari of silk and gold thread.
