Hi Jessamyn,
Here is my info source on Gypsy/Gipsy Hats.I found
it in an article on Hats,Caps,and Bonnets written by Kathy
Hammel in "The Regency Plume" newsletter which I subscribe
to.There is subscribing info in the bibliography.Kathy Ham-
mel also gave R.L.Shep assistance in putting together "Fed-
eralist and Regency Costume".She also owns an extensive col-
lection of 18th and 19th century ladies fashion magazines.
