From Marie Bernadette: This handsome blond gentleman is my husband :-D. I know the mustache is not period, but I have never seen him without it and probably never will. The boots are not period either, but since this photo was taken I have bought him a pair of authentic 1812 top boots. The outfit is circa 1812. The cutaway is of twill and is fully lined (except the tails which usually were not lined). The
trousers are the drop front kind and lace up in back. The waistcoat is a striped brocade with stand up collar. I made all three pieces plus the neck cloths. At the moment I cannot remember which patterns I used and am at my parents' house, but I could check later if anyone is interested.
