I have a great Sally Lunn recipe for those of you with bread machines...

For a large loaf in most standard machines, add the following ingredients in this order:

2 tsp. yeast
3 c. bread flour
1/4 c. sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
7 Tb. butter/margarine (butter is always best, IMHO)
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. milk

If possible, use a longer or "dark top browning" cycle. Most tasty served warm with honey butter (whip a stick of butter with 1 Tb. powdered sugar and 3-4 Tb. honey). This is a favorite tea-time snack at our house...enjoy!
