Hi,
I am posting to say that I received the January/Feb-
ruary edition of "The Regency Plume" yesterday and found two
articles that might be of interest to this board. The first is the beginning of a four part article on Regency era Lad-
ies magazines. This article is centering around four of the
best known magazines:"The Lady's Magazine",The Lady's Month-
ly Museum","La Belle Assemblee",and "Ackermann's Repository
of The Arts".I liked the article and found it very informa-
tive. The second article was a review of the latest offering
from R.L.Shep Publications:"Federalist and Regency Costume"
which was posted on here by Fred Struthers about two months
ago.Ms.Marilyn Clay the editor of "The Regency Plume" re-
viewed the book and found it a very good book.I ordered the
book just before Christmas so I should have it in hand very
soon.
Thanks lots,
Mary Collette List
