In Scottish law (including Scottish titles created before 1707), there was a provision that allowed children by a then-unmarried woman to be retroactively legitimated by her subsequent marriage to the father, but in almost any other situation, I would think that a illegitimate child of a nobleman would not be entitled to any honorific...
